Refund Conditions

Refunds are eligible if:

  • You received a wrong or defective item.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Paymob or cash on delivery, depending on how you paid).

Processing Time: 7–14 working days after return approval.


Returns & Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
